Welcome to the Lionarch online store! On this site we offer a couple of packages created to improve your stay on Lionarch. With every purchase you make, we can expand our brand new server to make your gaming experience significantly better!       

I purchased a rank/item but not received it yet. What should I do?

If you still haven't received what you purchased after 30 minutes, please DM a staff on our discord so we can gladly help you get this sorted. Make sure to include your in-game name, what your purchased and time of purchase.

Am I able to get a refund?

All items purchased on the store are one off purchases, and fully virtual items with no real life value. As such, we don't offer refunds as all money is used for supporting the server. Items cannot be removed once they are given which is one of the many reasons that we don't offer refunds. In the event of attempts to bypass our refund policy via filing a dispute with PayPal and/or your credit card company, your access to the server will be completely revoked.

Chargebacks, rules and notes:

If you attempt to chargeback, you will be denied access to all of our services permanently and will be banned on the Lionarch server permanently.(Server, Discord, Store)
